In this role, you will play a key part in structuring and launching investment products, managing legal topics, and coordinating with various teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve advising stakeholders and negotiating with investors, ensuring everything aligns with regulatory and strategic goals.

Anforderungen

• •University degree in law with strong academic results
• •Professional experience in asset management, financial services, law firm, or comparable business-oriented environment
• •Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise demands, and work reliably under time pressure
• •Strong cross-cultural communication skills and collaboration ability across functions and levels
• •Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work closely with colleagues and external advisers
• •Highly structured, well-organised, detail-oriented working style with a solution-driven mindset
• •Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken

Aufgaben

• •Support the structuring and launch of investment products
• •Take legal responsibility for structuring and restructuring topics
• •Act as a central project manager for product-related initiatives
• •Independently manage product-related legal topics
• •Support and coordinate negotiations with institutional investors
• •Review and manage product-related legal documentation and contracts
• •Advise internal stakeholders on product structuring and governance
• •Select and manage external legal advisers efficiently
