Aufgaben
- Draft and review legal agreements
- Analyze and structure terms and conditions
- Negotiate manufacturing, packaging, and development agreements
- Advise on compliance policies and customer relations
- Support vendor and contract management
- Address regulatory issues
- Assist in mergers and acquisitions
- Support corporate governance activities
- Provide daily legal advice to senior management
- Advise regional managers on business matters
- Handle special assignments and projects
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis for risk identification
- Develop understanding of business and its stakeholders
- Identify trends and formulate legal strategies
- Perform other duties as assigned
