Aufgaben

• •Design creative and legally compliant solutions
• •Develop and propose innovative ideas for implementation
• •Lead the development of financial products from concept to implementation
• •Draft and review agreements with suppliers and partners
• •Maintain standard agreements, including terms and conditions
• •Monitor legislative and regulatory developments
• •Inform colleagues about impacts on product offerings
• •Propose measures for compliant adoption of new requirements
• •Support the General Counsel in legal strategy and European expansion
• •Provide specialist advice on banking, corporate, and labour law
• •Collaborate with other teams on interdisciplinary projects
• •Advise back-office functions on compliance and data protection
• •Advise managing directors and founder on legal issues
