Anforderungen

• •Fully qualified German lawyer
• •3–6 years professional legal experience
• •Ideally commercial law firm and in-house experience
• •Commercial law all-rounder with contract experience
• •Experience in cross-border matters
• •Ideally experience within online business models
• •Understanding of private company capital structures
• •Ability to adapt to new legal areas
• •Open-minded and hands-on mentality
• •Analytical, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach
• •Ability to balance legal and commercial needs
• •Strong interest in fintech
• •Interest in Legal Tech and tools
• •Fluent German and English skills
• •Valid EU work permit and EU residency
