Anforderungen
- Completed law degree (2nd German state exam, LL.M., Doctor of Laws, or European equivalent)
- Privacy certification (e.g., CIPP/E) is a plus

Aufgaben
- Advise management and teams on legal, data protection, and compliance matters
- Act as a link between ADH and Allianz Group legal, privacy, and compliance functions
- Translate Group requirements for a non-insurance, non-regulated entity
- Build relationships with peers across the Group
- Draft, review, and negotiate IT and non-IT contracts
- Maintain and evolve ADH's standard contract templates
- Provide legal advice on supplier and tool assessments
- Provide legal advice on third-party risk management
- Provide legal advice on AI-related topics
- Support assessments in connection with the use of AI at ADH
- Adapt applicable Allianz corporate rules for ADH
- Oversee implementation of Allianz corporate rules at ADH
- Support corporate legal housekeeping
- Maintain ADH's data privacy organization in line with GDPR and Allianz corporate rules
- Own ADH's records of processing activities
- Support privacy impact assessments
- Support data protection impact assessments
- Support transfer impact assessments
- Support ethical impact assessments
- Advise product owners on privacy implications of new features or product changes
- Advise information security on privacy implications of new features or product changes
- Foster a data privacy culture
- Prepare ADH-tailored privacy trainings
- Present ADH-tailored privacy trainings
- Maintain ADH's compliance management system
- Assess relevant Allianz compliance programs
- Implement relevant Allianz compliance programs
- Manage non-financial risks
- Oversee controls for non-financial risks
- Document controls for non-financial risks
- Test controls for non-financial risks
- Monitor regulatory change
- Assess the impact of regulatory change on ADH
- Support implementation of regulatory change at ADH
- Deliver ADH-tailored compliance trainings
