- Draft, review, and negotiate complex automotive semiconductor agreements
- Lead high-stakes commercial negotiations end-to-end
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and engineering teams
- Advise on automotive-sector regulatory and compliance topics
- Support related audits
- Build consistent contracting standards and negotiation playbooks
- Help shape a newly established automotive legal function
- Manage Renesas' automotive legal risk
- Partner with automotive team members across regions and the wider legal team
