Anforderungen
- Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics; MBA or PhD is a plus.
- Proven track record in delivering complex transformation or modernization programs within commercial and/or retail banking.
- Deep expertise in core banking domains (deposits, lending, account management, product engines, regulatory processes).
- Strong understanding of modern banking technology stacks, integration architectures, and cloud transformation.
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
Aufgaben
- Understand and anticipate business requirements in core banking
- Articulate customer needs and solution approaches
- Translate banking processes into SAP Fioneer solution designs
- Design scalable target architectures for business problems
- Conduct fit-gap analyses for solutions
- Identify innovation potential in solutions
- Align solution designs with strategic objectives
- Advise customers on SAP Fioneer solution use
- Drive transformation projects and innovation initiatives
- Act as architectural lead for core banking solutions
- Collaborate with product teams on roadmaps
- Coach team members and foster knowledge sharing
