- Programming experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python
- Prior experience scaling QA in a startup or high-growth environment

- Define and drive the overall QA strategy
- Establish automation coverage and quality metrics
- Set release readiness criteria
- Design and implement automated test frameworks for web, mobile, APIs, and smart contracts
- Maintain automated test frameworks
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Lead test planning and execution for major releases
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define acceptance criteria
- Ensure testability of requirements
- Build tools for cross-browser and cross-device testing
- Implement wallet integration testing
- Establish and enforce QA best practices across teams
- Mentor QA engineers and analysts on automation and bug triage
- Provide guidance on process improvements
- Work closely with DevOps to enhance release pipelines and quality gates
