- In-depth knowledge of HR processes
- High affinity for modern cloud technologies
- High flexibility and willingness to travel
- Interest in open and constructive cooperation
- Business fluent German and English skills
Aufgaben
- Lead SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals projects from conception to go-live
- Develop practical solutions for annual reviews and target agreements
- Manage and control project streams alongside project management
- Apply HR expertise to design complex technical requirements
- Implement technical solutions and create structured documentation
- Conduct workshops and training sessions in German and English
- Maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Perform requirements analyses and prepare cost estimates
- Assist in preparing quotations for customer-specific solutions
- Support colleagues with complex issues and transfer knowledge
- Mentor young professionals within the team
- Continuously develop your hard and soft skills
