Anforderungen
- Knowledge and experience required
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 2–3 years IC layout experience
- Full-custom layout experience in SiGe BiCMOS and CMOS
- Exposure to high-speed analog/mixed-signal design, ideally in optical transceiver or related communication applications
- Familiarity with layout considerations (matching, symmetry, shielding, parasitic management, reliability)
- Experience with industry-standard CAD and physical verification tools
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, effective independent and team work
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Aufgaben
- Develop full-custom layout for high-speed analog and mixed-signal IC blocks
- Support layout implementation for optical transceiver building blocks
- Collaborate with circuit designers to optimize layout for performance
- Optimize layout for matching, parasitics, area, and manufacturability
- Perform physical verification including DRC, LVS, ERC, and parasitic extraction
- Contribute to floorplanning and block integration
- Improve layout quality across the design flow
- Apply engineering judgment to ensure robust and reliable layouts
