- Troubleshoot complex 2nd/3rd level issues
- Support IT projects, migrations, and rollouts
- Strengthen security and monitoring systems
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with cross-department teams
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Develop and update processes and guidelines
