- •Experience in IT Consulting or IT Product Management
- •Track record in managing end-to-end product lifecycles
- •Analytical skills and hands-on ERP system experience
- •Effective collaboration in multidisciplinary teams
- •Fluent German and very good English skills
- •Strategic thinking and strong communication skills

- •Ensure ERP systems remain fit for purpose
- •Analyze and improve end-to-end business processes
- •Integrate AI capabilities into business workflows
- •Identify opportunities for process digitization
- •Implement automation across the ERP landscape
