- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, ability to translate business priorities into clear and engaging narratives
- Experience with digital communication tools and platforms (Slack, MS Teams, intranet systems)
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies for communication effectiveness and content creation
- Fluent English; German is a strong plus

- Adapt global initiatives for local relevance
- Collaborate with senior leaders and teams on messaging

- Manage the communication calendar
- Improve internal communication infrastructure
- Advise on sensitive and complex communication topics
- Strengthen company culture through communication and events
