Anforderungen

  • Fluent English and native Nordic language
  • Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, creator partnerships, or sales, ideally with Nordics focus
  • Strong negotiation skills, confident manner, analytical, numbers-driven, performance-oriented
  • Professional and appreciative interaction with creators: communicative, engaging, goal-oriented, deal-closing focus
  • High intrinsic motivation to build and develop Nordics creator network
  • Strong deal and business mindset: budgets, margins, conditions, performance KPIs, scaling
  • Solid understanding of social media & performance marketing, especially TikTok and Instagram (YouTube advantage)
  • Business fluent English; Danish, Swedish, Finish or Norwegian knowledge is strong advantage; German skills are a plus
  • Hungry, ambitious, results-oriented; desire for measurable impact and ownership
  • Presence in office is a plus: values direct exchange, quick coordination, short decisions

Aufgaben

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-performing creators in Nordic markets (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland) across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube based on sales and performance KPIs.
  • Proactively reach out to Nordic creators, agencies, and management with a clear value proposition to close deals.
  • Develop and maintain a scalable Nordic creator funnel (micro, mid, macro) for continuous revenue generation.
  • Qualitatively and quantitatively screen creators for performance potential, target group fit, brand match, and price-performance ratio.
  • Negotiate and conclude terms and conditions, including pricing, licenses, content scope, whitelisting, and usage rights, focusing on maximum ROI.
  • Ensure maximum performance per Euro invested through data-driven creator selection and deal structuring.
  • Conduct price benchmarking in the Nordic influencer market and continuously optimize creator costs.
  • Draft contracts, close deals, and document all Nordic creator collaborations.
  • Evaluate creator performance based on ROAS, CPM, CPC, CTR, and content quality.
  • Collaborate closely with the Paid Media Team to transfer scalable winning assets for paid distribution (UGC, whitelisting ads).
  • Select and develop creators with high UGC and paid scaling potential for Nordic markets.
  • Ensure timely content production and adherence to briefings, guidelines, and deadlines.
  • Build and maintain long-term, high-revenue relationships with top performers in the Nordic creator pool.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and upsell follow-up and scaling campaigns.
