- Several years of pharma industry experience in HEOR, PRO consulting, or payer authorities
- Multiple years of direct experience in Health Technology Assessments (HTA) & PRO
- Conducting or participating in non-interventional studies and RWE programs
- Demonstrated experience in successful regulatory and reimbursement negotiations
- Proven track record of delivering value demonstration materials
- Proven ability in appraising clinical evidence (RCTs and operational)
- Profound knowledge in formulating COA strategies and analyses
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Long-term pharma industry experience in health economics, pricing & reimbursement, consulting, or payer authorities
- Several years of exposure to international business
- Strong track record in value generation, demonstration, and/or communication
- Highly experienced in health economics/outcomes research across multiple specialty disciplines
Aufgaben
- Develop and execute HEOR & PRO strategies
- Demonstrate medical and economic payer-relevant needs
- Generate evidence for market access and HTA assessments
- Ensure optimal pricing, reimbursement, and formulary listing
- Inform development of Target Product Profile (TPP)
- Collaborate on clinical development plans
- Ensure patient-reported outcome (PRO) measurement strategies
- Interact with regulatory authorities
- Develop key HEOR deliverables
- Create payer value stories and engagement tools
- Build economic models and conduct database analyses
- Perform indirect comparisons and real-world evidence studies
- Maintain partnerships with payers and research institutions
- Optimize impact of HEOR & PRO research
- Define long-term global development strategies
- Collaborate with global Marketing and Medical teams
- Draft long-term publication strategies
