- Mechanical design knowledge is a plus
- Very good English skills
- Ability to turn complex findings into clear messages for different stakeholders
- Self-starter with drive, who works independently and takes ownership
- Solution-oriented and structured, able to prioritize and focus on what really matters
- Comfortable applying the 80/20 principle
- Interest in cutting-edge hardware, measurement technology and test automation
