- •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
- •6+ years of PCBA testing experience
- •Experience with JTAG and bed-of-nail testers
- •Experience in PCBA design and layout
- •Ability to interpret PCBA schematics
- •Experience creating system and wiring diagrams
- •Hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- •Familiarity with measurement and test equipment
- •Python programming experience for hardware tests
- •Comfortable using Linux
- •Experience with DVCS like git or mercurial
- •Advanced Python programming skills

- •Satellite or aerospace hardware experience
- •Experience developing functional tests

- •Create and maintain satellite manufacturing test infrastructure
- •Design software and hardware for automated functional testing
- •Automate integration, instrument calibration, and qualification testing
- •Collaborate with design engineers to develop board-level tests
- •Design and develop custom test fixtures
- •Develop specialized test hardware and software
- •Work across design, qualification, and manufacturing disciplines
- •Develop comprehensive test plans with design engineers
- •Drive manufacturing PCBA test strategy and approach
- •Design and validate bed-of-nails and boundary scan fixtures
- •Deploy test fixtures in-house and at supplier facilities
- •Design adapter, interface, and breakout PCBAs for testing
- •Develop automation scripts for manufacturing stage hardware testing
- •Improve test systems for high reliability and scalability
- •Troubleshoot hardware failures and non-conformances
- •Drive root cause analysis for test failures
- •Recommend and implement corrective actions
