- Develop reusable hardware building blocks
- Identify future technologies in power electronics and power supply systems
- Collaborate with strategic suppliers
- Ensure alignment across global hardware development organizations
- Identify system requirements and define suitable onboard power supply solutions for sensors, HMIs, industrial PCs, control systems, and drive applications
- Provide technical guidance and expert support to product development teams
- Drive standardization and reuse of proven circuit solutions
- Conduct technology scouting in power electronics and power supply systems
- Represent the power supply domain in cross-functional material and commodity teams
- Build and maintain a global network across hardware development organizations
- Act as subject matter expert for onboard power supply technologies
