- Build and debug prototypes hands-on

- Guide products through external certifications (EMC, CE, ATEX)
- Collaborate with suppliers for mass production
- Mentor junior engineers
- Shape hardware development processes
- Take technical ownership of hardware modules
- Collaborate with firmware teams
