Anforderungen

  • At least 5 years of experience in Growth, Demand Gen, or Performance Marketing
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Experience with email and CRM marketing (HubSpot)
  • Understanding of building and improving full-funnel journeys
  • Proficiency with KPIs like CAC, CPL, LTV, CTR, Conversion Rate
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Enjoyment of improving tracking, dashboards, and reporting
  • Empathy with target audience and understanding of pain points
  • Ability to translate insights into compelling campaigns and narratives
  • Combination of data analysis and creativity
  • Seamless collaboration with Content, Product, and Sales

Aufgaben

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns
  • Optimize campaigns for lead generation and pipeline
  • Build and manage landing pages and conversion funnels
  • Run data-driven experiments to improve performance
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Revenue Operations
  • Translate customer insights into high-performing campaigns
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns with a focus on qualified leads
  • Handle budgeting, forecasting, and ROI optimization
  • Own the Marketing CRM (HubSpot) and automate email flows
  • Create and optimize targeted landing pages
  • Experiment with messaging, content, and CTAs
  • Identify and fix funnel leaks to increase conversion rates
  • Develop and test hypotheses using data tools
  • Analyze and scale successful experiments
  • Support Sales with ICP and persona refinement
  • Develop and execute ABM-style campaigns
  • Introduce new marketing ideas and tools
  • Improve marketing processes and tools
  • Collaborate with freelancers and agencies
