- Monitor and evaluate customer acquisition quality
- Ensure long-term commercial value beyond acquisition volume
- Build strong relationships across multiple stakeholders
- Align priorities and deliver business results
- Drive data-based recommendations
- Support execution of strategic growth initiatives
