In this role, you will bridge local finance functions and the Group, providing insights on financial KPIs, driving CapEx processes, and collaborating with senior leaders. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include strategic planning, project coordination, and supporting the Supply Chain & Logistics function.

Anforderungen

• •University degree/diploma in business administration or MBA with a focus on controlling or finance
• •Several years of experience in international controlling in FMCG companies
• •Experience in operational controlling, ideally plant controlling or SC&L controlling
• •Experience in Group controlling preferred
• •Experience in dealing with senior management
• •Very good knowledge of management information systems
• •Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and advanced IT skills, e.g., Infor d/EPM, Qlik, Business Warehouse
• •Strong communication and presentation skills
• •Team player and good stakeholder management
• •Assertiveness
• •Determination, proactivity, pragmatism, and results-orientation
• •Hands-on mentality, resilience, and self-motivation
• •Ability to deal with ambiguity
• •Fluent written and spoken German and English

Aufgaben

• •Support the Group Board by providing transparency on financial KPIs
• •Collaborate with Finance Directors and senior leaders on financial matters
• •Prepare and participate in Board-to-Board meetings with assigned companies
• •Monitor the implementation of decisions from Board meetings
• •Contribute to financial planning, including P&L and CapEx planning
• •Implement planning and forecasting processes between Management Units and Headquarters
• •Serve as the key interface for all Group CapEx processes
• •Drive the annual CapEx planning and forecasting process
• •Manage communications related to CapEx planning
• •Review and evaluate CapEx proposals from Management Units
• •Coordinate with Group functions on CapEx proposals
• •Support the development of the group-wide CapEx tracking tool
• •Act as a business partner for the Group Supply Chain & Logistics function
• •Serve as the point of contact for intercompany price calculations
• •Participate in due diligence, valuation, M&A, and integration projects
• •Coordinate the annual dividend payment process
