- Five or more years of design and art direction experience, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or creative agencies
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, logo design, and campaign/art direction work
- Experience across digital, print, and product applications
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Hands-on experience with creative AI tools (e.g. image generation, editing, ideation)
- Strong visual taste and deep understanding of fashion aesthetics and trends
- Conceptual thinking and execution with high craft
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) and digital-first storytelling
- Skills in video editing, motion design, or photography
- Experience working with or directing talent/influencers
Aufgaben
- Develop and execute brand identities
- Design logos and visual brand guidelines
- Ensure consistent brand presence across platforms
- Conceptualize and evolve brand look and feel
- Guide seasonal visual directions
- Oversee design execution across touchpoints
- Lead creative campaigns from ideation to post-production
- Art direct shoots, including mood boards and on-set direction
- Collaborate with internal and external creatives
- Create visual concepts for events and branded experiences
- Translate brand and campaign ideas into cohesive executions
- Build understanding of brand DNA and target audiences
- Contribute to long-term creative strategies
- Stay updated on fashion, design, and cultural trends
