- Project management skills and cross functional knowledge
- Strong communication skills and convincing power
- Understanding of CMC, product manufacturing, supply and financial savviness
- Intercultural mindset, strategic thinking, and problem-solving orientation
- Fluency in English
Aufgaben
- Perform comprehensive product management to ensure stable, cost-efficient, and compliant global supply
- Establish launch capability and readiness for assigned products
- Manage product quality, timelines, and costs
- Lead international cross-functional global supply product teams
- Manage multiple projects for assigned products
- Represent Global Supply Animal Health in international core teams
- Represent project and product topics within and outside Global Supply AH
- Prepare and implement strategic management decisions
