- Extensive aerospace interiors, materials, properties experience
- Experience with design criteria, certification (EASA CS-25/FAA Title 14 Part 25)
- Experience with production/maintenance processes (EASA Part 21G/EASA Part-145)
- Experience with aircraft interior modification programs
- High attention to detail in reviewing design packages
- Experience leading complex projects
- Experience influencing team members and stakeholders
- Willingness to develop, mentor, and coach staff
- Solid expertise with Catia V5 / V6
- Solid expertise with ENOVIA
- Solid expertise with IVT

- Perform technical definition for Interior Monuments, Galley and Galley Inserts
- Conduct feasibility studies for Interior Monuments, Galley and Galley Inserts
- Develop configurations for Interior Monuments, Galley and Galley Inserts
- Validate designs for Interior Monuments, Galley and Galley Inserts
- Verify designs for Interior Monuments, Galley and Galley Inserts
- Establish technical direction for galley and galley insert design
- Manage integrated schedules for galley and galley insert design
- Prioritize tasks to drive project success
- Mitigate risks in design and interface
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve design and interface issues
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve verification issues
- Support recovery efforts throughout the program
- Manage supplier design activities
- Manage supplier testing activities
- Manage supplier production activities
