- Proactive identification and clear communication of risks and trade-offs

- Develop performant, maintainable ReactJS frontends
- Create APIs following contract-first principles

- Ensure API backward compatibility
- Implement scalable asynchronous communication patterns using RabbitMQ
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks
- Identify and address reliability gaps
- Identify and address technical debt
- Test features
- Deploy features
- Monitor features post-release

- Actively participate in architectural discussions
