In this role, you will develop and manage backend systems that leverage AI to enhance decision-making for financial institutions. Your work will involve collaborating with various teams to create scalable solutions while ensuring high code quality and system reliability.

Anforderungen

• •7+ years of backend engineering experience
• •Experience building customer-facing platforms
• •Comfort working with large datasets
• •Prior industry experience with Python; Java is a plus
• •Experience with AWS services and serverless architectures
• •Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• •Excitement about AI-driven automation and using AI tools
• •Experience with large-scale data technologies such as Apache Iceberg, Athena, Spark, or similar
• •Experience with React and TypeScript
• •Experience building experimentation or evaluation systems
• •Exposure to fraud, AML, risk, or financial decisioning domains

Aufgaben

• •Build and own backend components using Python and FastAPI
• •Run backend systems on an AWS serverless architecture
• •Design, extend, and maintain complex backend subsystems
• •Expose historical decision data through well-structured APIs
