- Extensive AWS and containerized microservice infrastructure experience, ideally on AWS with Kubernetes and Terraform
- Familiarity with LGTM Grafana stack (Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir/Prometheus)
- Experience working across teams and in cross-functional projects
- Customer communications and service provider advisory tools experience (Twilio, CrossEngage/Spotler Activate Pro, Segment) is a plus
- Passion for work and great communication skills, eagerness to share knowledge
- Proactive and ownership-driven in a highly collaborative environment
- Experienced in agile environments, ideally in startup-like companies or flat hierarchies
- Open to mid-level and senior profiles, not solely focused on years of experience
