- Strong frontend skills: deep fluency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript, with hands-on experience in React or equivalent
- Solid backend experience: proficiency in Go (Golang), Kubernetes, and Docker, or equivalent
- Experience with relational databases; PostgreSQL
- Professional written and spoken English
- German language skills a plus

- Design, build, and ship frontend and backend features
- Write accessible, performant, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Contribute to software design and architecture decisions
- Participate in code reviews across the full stack
- Collaborate with designers, QA, and product management
- Deliver user-centered software
- Engage directly with customers and users
- Join feedback sessions and user research
- Build end-to-end understanding of the product
- Design with security at the core
- Shape authorization concepts
- Shape data protection architecture
- Document security concepts for clinical partner review
