In this role, you will take charge of the frontend technical direction while leading the development of robust web applications. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include mentoring team members, collaborating with product and design teams, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Anforderungen

• •5+ years of professional experience in JavaScript and TypeScript development
• •Advanced proficiency in Vue.js ecosystem (Vue 2/3, Nuxt, Composition API, Vuex/Pinia)
• •Solid understanding of modern frontend tooling and practices (Vite, Webpack, ESLint, Jest or similar testing frameworks)
• •Experience integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• •Proven track record in creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries
• •Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor junior team members
• •Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate closely with design, product, and non-technical stakeholders
• •Startup experience with comfort in fast-paced environments, resource constraints, and tight deadlines
• •Pragmatic, entrepreneurial mindset focused on rapid production deployment and ownership mentality
• •Active interest and hands-on experience with AI tools and technologies
• •Experience with NestJS and backend technologies is a plus
• •Willingness to spend part of each week in the office, closely collaborating with product and design teams to enhance teamwork and innovation
• •Fluent in English; knowledge of German is beneficial
