- Design and implement scalable Angular/TypeScript frontend architecture
- Own features from concept to deployment
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend engineers
- Contribute to technical architecture and system design
- Establish development standards, CI/CD, and best practices
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical feedback
- Improve workflows with modern tools and AI
- Use AI-assisted development tools daily
- Write effective prompts and evaluate AI output critically
- Identify AI limitations and failure modes
- Explore modern AI workflows and tools
- Design systems with clear component boundaries and scalability
- Identify technical risks and propose practical solutions
- Improve team engineering standards and productivity
