Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, web design, human-computer interaction, or related field, or equivalent qualification with extensive professional experience
- Significant professional experience as a senior frontend engineer with strong portfolio demonstrating leadership on complex projects
- Expert proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, and modern CSS, with extensive Angular framework experience
- Demonstrated experience using Tailwind CSS for building modern, responsive user interfaces
- Ability to understand or contribute to Python and Kubernetes backend development
- Strong experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, Playwright, or Cypress
- Proficiency with Git version control system
- Ability to work independently and creatively, taking ownership of large-scale frontend challenges from architecture to deployment
- Proactive team player with excellent communication skills in English, able to articulate technical needs, set goals, and thrive in interdisciplinary setting
- Immunity proof against measles
Aufgaben
- Implement user interface for GHGA data portal and web services
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Establish and maintain consistent corporate identity and design language
- Architect, test, and maintain clean, high-performance web applications
- Develop new interfaces based on clear backend specifications
- Implement comprehensive testing strategies using modern frameworks
- Collaborate with backend engineers, bioinformaticians, and data stewards
- Manage code and project workflows using Git and issue trackers
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards
