- Experience in fundraising and due diligence processes
- Structured, analytical, and self-driven
- Expert financial modelling skills (unit economics of physical products)
- Experience with Capex-intensive, long-term business models
- Experience with scaling of planning systems
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- German language skills (plus)
- Comfort in scale-up environment
- Hands-on mentality
- High ownership
Aufgaben
- Own the integrated financial model
- Transform it into a scalable strategic engine
- Drive financial planning and performance steering
- Professionalize and evolve the FP&A function
- Build and expand integrated financial models
- Incorporate semiconductor-specific factors
- Own the full financial cycle
- Report directly to the CFO
- Ensure C-level and Board visibility
- Conduct structured scenario analyses
- Understand technical challenges
- Map challenges to strategic decisions
- Build and deliver compelling board-level reports
- Develop semiconductor-specific KPIs
- Present reports and KPIs to stakeholders
- Lead commercial negotiations
- Spar strategically with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain
- Manage triple-digit million budgets
- Collaborate with leadership on GTM modelling
- Model product roadmaps for chip developments
- Analyze multi-year P&L impact
- Shape and co-own the FP&A function
- Professionalize reporting systems and planning structures
- Support complex manufacturing and Fabless/IDM models
- Collaborate with Accounting and Operations
- Manage Bill of Materials (BoM)
- Manage cash conversion cycles
- Manage foundry prepayments
- Integrate market insights and competitive intelligence
- Inform financial forecasts and liquidity planning
