Anforderungen
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, agent development, and evaluation frameworks
- Experience building AI Agents and working with different AgentSDK
- Proven track record of designing, implementing, delivering, and maintaining complex web applications
- Fast prototyper to test hypotheses directly with customers
- Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript and Python
- Extensive experience building modern backend systems using Node.js
- Experience in frontend development with React
- Ability to work closely with customers on-site in fast iteration cycles
- Strong product-minded thinking
- Travel frequently to customer sites
- Positive, problem-solving mindset and proactive approach
- Passion for creating products that solve real-world problems
- Good communication skills with technical and non-technical folks
- Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments
- Passion for sharing knowledge and mentoring
- Based in Europe with European citizenship or active working visa
Aufgaben
- Configure current products onsite
- Build products with customers onsite
- Support sales and customer adoption by creating AI demos and prototypes
- Contribute to the core product by developing features
- Build AI agents and features for specific MedTech companies
- Relay learnings back to the product team
- Define and shape the tech and product roadmap
- Drive architectural and software design decisions
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications
- Mentor team members and assist in hiring software engineers
