Anforderungen
- University degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management with quantitative analytics focus
- Proven experience with statistical forecasting models in fast-paced CPG/FMCG environment
- Ability to read and query data with SQL
- Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint user
- Experience with MS Power BI and Tableau is a big plus
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Precision and pragmatism in method application
- Open-minded team player
- Ability to present complex ideas simply
- Entrepreneurial mindset

- 5+ years of relevant experience in forecasting role
- Experience in sales/demand/SKU/inbound/outbound forecasting, data analytics, or business intelligence

- Monitor and analyze forecasting performance
- Initiate corrective actions with stakeholders
- Run the end-to-end forecasting process
- Translate business needs into technical requirements
- Develop and present forecasting KPI reports
- Uncover root causes for deviations
- Contribute forecasting insights to S&OP
- Drive data-driven decision-making
- Lead forecasting process standardization
- Simplify forecasting tools and data flows
- Foster innovation and continuous improvement
