- Deep mastery of Flutter
- Strong UI development and complex frontend logic architecture expertise
- Profound understanding of complex frontend logic building
- Commitment to well-structured, efficient, maintainable code and codebase quality
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Comfort operating in an English-speaking environment
- Excellent problem-solving for conceptual, non-standard problems and sound judgment
- High autonomy, ownership of tasks, and complex feature implementation
- Strong, transparent, honest, effective communication with stakeholders

- Design awareness and close collaboration with designers
- Familiarity with gRPC and Go in backend environment
- Expertise in UI and Animation development
Aufgaben
- Develop high-performance mobile features using Dart and Flutter
- Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, QA, and Designers to ship new components and features
- Implement high-leverage features to optimize UI/UX and improve conversion rates
- Shape team processes through Agile retrospectives
- Define acceptance criteria with PMs and stakeholders to ensure strict adherence to feature requirements and quality standards
