- Good communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Fluency in English
- German language skills would be a plus

- Conduct trade studies to identify optimal designs

- Collaborate with engineers to integrate flight control laws into aircraft systems
- Assess stability and flying qualities
- Analyze flight test data for testing and validation
- Generate certification evidence for compliance
