Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
  • •4–6 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or audit
  • •Strong understanding of divisional financial processes
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills
  • •Advanced system proficiency in Excel and BI tools
  • •Fluency in German and a second language

Aufgaben

  • •Prepare and analyze financial reports on Profit & Loss and key performance indicators (KPIs) for DACH countries
  • •Serve as a strategic finance partner to key stakeholders, supporting business cases and analyzing monthly trends
  • •Lead LBE planning sessions and set sales targets
  • •Act as a subject matter expert for reporting tools and processes, leveraging Essbase, Excel, and Power BI
  • •Drive greater adoption of Power BI and introduce AI solutions to enhance reporting efficiency
  • •Support the FP&A Manager and EMEA HQ team in consolidating and reviewing deliverables for LBE, MEC, and Confirm cycles
  • •Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen financial operations across the DACH region
