Anforderungen
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related field
- CFA, CVA, or similar certifications as a strong plus
- Several years of work experience in valuation, corporate finance or investment controlling
- Experience within asset management or a Big 4 environment ideally
- Strong knowledge of IFRS valuation, financial modelling, governance and accounting
- Familiarity with Solvency II and fund structures as beneficial
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Experience with PowerBI as an advantage
- Openness to digital tools and hands-on generative AI experience
- Experience applying generative AI tools to automate processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Structured and independent working style
- Excellent communication skills and high motivation
- Strong team orientation and willingness to take ownership
- Fluency in English
- German language skills as a plus
Aufgaben
- Lead regular IFRS-compliant company valuations
- Collaborate with investment and asset management teams
- Present and discuss valuation results with Senior Management
- Enhance the ACP valuation framework and methodologies
- Ensure efficient processes and alignment across investment strategies
- Monitor financial and operational performance of equity portfolios
- Challenge assumptions and identify key value drivers
- Prepare IFRS-based P&L forecasts and planning for Allianz Group
- Collaborate cross-functionally throughout the investment lifecycle
- Support onboarding for new strategies and investments
- Design valuation, reporting, and planning frameworks
- Manage recurring investor reporting
- Act as key contact for valuation and controlling topics
- Mentor junior team members to develop professional skills
