In this role, you will support the Global LoB Head Liability by analyzing financial performance, identifying key risks and opportunities, and ensuring quality reporting. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with regional teams and driving initiatives to enhance efficiency and transparency.

Anforderungen

• •Significant experience in the financial services industry, ideally in insurance or reinsurance
• •Proven expertise in planning and performance management, particularly in analysis of financial statements and performance metrics specific to insurance or reinsurance
• •Ability to convey information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders including senior management
• •Ease in working in a global team and maintaining effective remote relationships
• •Analytical and problem-solving ability to provide insight in complex situations
• •Ability to manage projects and develop solutions considering complex stakeholder structures and requirements
• •Advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills and SAP experience for reporting
• •Experience in applying AI and ML to improve business processes and decision-making is highly beneficial

• •Support the Head of Business Partnering Team in financial performance assessment
• •Consolidate views from all stakeholders
• •Lead a virtual team for Liability and promote best-practice sharing
• •Increase efficiencies by setting and harmonizing global standards
• •Drive projects and implement initiatives
