As a Senior Finance Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of finance functions, from managing daily operations to preparing financial forecasts. This role is pivotal in maintaining financial health and supporting strategic decision-making.

Anforderungen

• •5–7+ years of experience in Finance
• •Hands-on experience with Excel, Salesforce, and Stripe
• •Strong knowledge of finance operations, reporting, forecasting, cash management, and audits
• •Attention to detail and ability to think ahead
• •Consulting background is a strong plus
• •Experience in fast-growing startups or scale-ups in the eMobility sector
• •Building finance operations from scratch or through rapid growth phases
• •Working closely with founders, CFOs, or investors

Aufgaben

• •Own day-to-day finance operations and monthly accounting close
• •Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of financial reporting
• •Manage accounts receivable, collections, and dunning
• •Oversee accounts payable and payment runs
• •Prepare accurate payroll inputs
• •Track budget versus plan and explain variances
• •Run FP&A cadence to translate financial strategy into execution
• •Prepare financial updates, forecasts, and scenario analyses
• •Flag risks and issues proactively, such as cash runway and burn rate
• •Own year-end close and annual financial statements
• •Coordinate and execute external audits
• •Manage relationships with external partners like accountants and tax advisors
• •Provide guidance and oversight to two team members
• •Drive efficiency improvements and optimize finance processes
