- Hands-on Power BI experience (data modeling, DAX/measures, visualizations)
- Strong MS Office skills
- Experience creating management presentations

Aufgaben
- Provide end-to-end financial support for SAP S/4HANA transformations
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and rolling outlook
- Conduct scenario analysis for transformation initiatives
- Monitor external spending
- Partner with functional leaders, Group functions, and segments
- Offer financial advisory services
- Prepare decision papers
- Challenge assumptions and derive actions
- Manage financial risks
- Provide project and program controlling
- Ensure CAPEX/OPEX transparency
- Manage service chargebacks and internal cost allocation
- Perform variance analysis (actuals vs. plan/forecast)
- Track KPIs and milestones
- Build and enhance Power BI dashboards
- Utilize SAP BW, SAP FI/CO, PS, and SAC for insights
- Ensure consistent reporting standards
- Co-design planning and forecasting processes
- Manage month-end close processes in transformation
- Drive continuous improvement of finance processes
- Facilitate decision-making forums
- Tailor complex topics for different audiences
- Communicate in German and English
