In this role, you will engage in a variety of tax-related tasks, including preparing corporate tax returns and advising on international tax law. Your expertise will help shape the global tax strategy while ensuring compliance with evolving legislation.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in finance (B.Sc. / M.Sc.)
• •Tax advisor exam an advantage
• •5+ years of professional experience in tax consulting, auditing, or tax department of an industrial company
• •Structured and results-oriented approach to work
• •Flexibility and teamwork skills

• •Excellent communication skills
• •Business fluent written and spoken German and English

Aufgaben

• •Prepare and review corporate and trade tax returns
• •Handle individual tax issues related to income and sales tax
• •Prepare and review sales tax returns
• •Address sales tax issues and review cross-border matters
• •Assist with special sales tax audits
• •Calculate current taxes, tax provisions, and deferred taxes
• •Prepare annual and consolidated financial statements according to HGB
• •Manage tax research allowance applications and documentation
• •Support tax audits and communicate with tax authorities
• •Act as a contact person for internal and external stakeholders
• •Advise on international income tax issues and develop practical solutions
• •Monitor changes in legislation and derive recommendations for action
• •Strategically shape the global tax strategy
• •Participate in restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions projects
• •Further develop internal processes and tax compliance management systems
