- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in SAP SCM-related modules such as APO, IBP, SD, MM, PP, and SAP ERP
- Practical experience in material requirements calculation and analysis
- Experience in SAP template rollout projects in an international environment
- Functional knowledge in Supply Chain Planning Processes
- Project Management Skills
- Knowledge in Agile Project Management Methods such as SCRUM
- End-to-end process understanding across integrated SAP landscapes
- Sound knowledge of SAP IBP modules and their integration with SAP ERP systems such as S/4 Hana
- Experience with SAP CI/DS, CI, and RTI
- Fluency in English; additional languages beneficial, especially Spanish or German
- Willingness to travel
Aufgaben
- Analyze complex supply chain planning and business problems using SAP IBP and integrated SAP ERP systems
- Identify gaps and evaluate solution alternatives
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for SAP IBP
- Configure SAP IBP system settings and planning models
- Plan and execute unit, integration, operational qualification (OQ), and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Act as a subject matter expert for SAP IBP and related SAP SCM solutions
- Collaborate with global business units to enhance and optimize supply chain planning processes
- Create detailed functional specifications, configuration documentation, and process descriptions
- Participate in international template and rollout projects for SAP IBP
- Establish rollout and deployment concepts
- Support solution build, testing, and validation activities
- Execute, fine-tune, and document processes during the project lifecycle
- Support handover to operations and provide post go-live support
- Analyze and document functional requirements, business processes, and data flows
- Determine priorities and dependencies for enhancements and project deliverables
- Lead development activities for assigned sub-projects
- Gather and validate requirements through structured workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Draft, review, and obtain approval for business and functional requirement documents
- Provide guidance for system integration testing and data validation
- Support quality assurance, functional, and end-to-end testing activities
- Provide regular project status updates to management and stakeholders
- Work on diverse and complex problems requiring in-depth analysis of planning data and process impacts
- Assist with SAP IBP-related projects, enhancements, and support activities as assigned
