- Translate resilience principles into practical processes
- Ensure critical services continue within impact tolerances
- Design and oversee scenario-based testing
- Turn testing insights into actionable improvements
- Ensure remediation actions are effectively closed
- Act as central subject matter expert
- Support business, IT, risk, and continuity teams
- Promote a culture of preparedness and continuous improvement
- Facilitate coordination during crisis situations
- Safeguard reliable bank operations in dynamic environments
