- Strong L3 troubleshooting and RCA skills
- Performance analysis skills
- Experience with monitoring platforms
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow
- Fluent English
- German skills (beneficial)
- Additional CEE languages (advantageous)
Aufgaben
- Provide 3rd-level troubleshooting and escalation handling
- Take ownership of complex network incidents
- Contribute to network architecture and modernization
- Support SD-WAN, NGFW, and segmentation initiatives
- Perform capacity planning and network optimization
- Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Business Units
- Ensure operational stability and clear stakeholder communication
- Lead technical work packages in strategic initiatives
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for security components
- Maintain technical standards and operational excellence
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
- Analyze, prioritize, and resolve ITIL-based incidents
- Document all incident management processes
