- •Knowledge of HVDC and FACTS industry
- •10+ years professional experience in HVDC
- •Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or Master’s
- •Ability to lead teams of experts
- •Ability to deliver complex HVDC projects
- •Experience in HVDC technical lifecycle
- •Experience dealing with HVDC equipment suppliers
- •Experience supporting large complex projects
- •Mandatory fluency in English
- •Mobility and willingness to travel

- •Coordinate front-end engineering and early project design
- •Supervise procurement and tendering activities for project owners

- •Establish strategic partnerships and implement best practices
- •Monitor project quality standards and financial targets
