Aufgaben
- Define and execute Global HR & HSEQ Processes & Systems Framework
- Develop Global HR & HSEQ process strategy
- Translate strategy into system requirements for HCM architecture
- Ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and positive employee experience
- Act as Global Process Lead for HR
- Own end-to-end HR processes and HR Governance Framework
- Support design, standardization, and harmonization of HR & HSEQ processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and data protection
- Partner with Shared Services Organization to build scalable processes
- Support definition and monitoring of process KPIs
- Deliver actionable insights and regular updates to CHRO and leadership
- Partner with Group IT to improve and develop HCM architecture
- Drive automation and innovation in HR & HSEQ IT systems
- Ensure data integrity and cybersecurity compliance
- Prepare business cases for strategic investments and cost optimizations
- Lead global change initiatives with effective communication and training
- Implement feedback loops and benchmarking for operational excellence
