- Openness and high motivation for regular position changes and experience collection
Aufgaben
- Conduct accounting assessments for alternative asset M&A
- Provide technical accounting guidance to teams
- Advise on IFRS and HGB matters
- Support deal structuring, onboarding, and operations
- Oversee accurate financial reporting for investment vehicles
- Ensure compliance with Group Accounting standards
- Coordinate and execute quarterly closing processes
- Ensure data quality and completeness in closing
- Lead planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Support performance analysis and business reporting
- Lead and coordinate external audit processes
- Ensure timely delivery of audit requirements
