- Plan and execute trade fairs, including booth design and registration
- Coordinate marketing materials for events
- Manage participation in conferences, including sponsorship negotiations
- Organize customer events and corporate gatherings
- Coordinate webinars for Entrix and third parties
- Ensure seamless execution of events from planning to on-site delivery
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to align events with business goals
- Maintain consistent brand representation across all events
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships for quality delivery
- Report relevant KPIs to measure performance and support decision-making
